Robert Fry, Aukett Swanke Group’s Deputy Chairman, has been invited to participate in the annual Awards Judging for two leading architecture, property and construction organisations, one worldwide and the other in the UK for the 2023 season.
World Architecture News Awards
Robert will return to judge various categories of entries for the 2023 World Architecture News (WAN) Awards, having participated frequently over many years, bringing his international experience to bear alongside a peer group of 60 built environment experts from across the globe.
WAN, launched in 2005, provides a global news platform for architects and designers to acknowledge and celebrate excellent architecture and recognise the outstanding work of innovative, visionary and imaginative architects worldwide.
WAN is owned by the global Haymarket Media Group Limited with a turnover in 2022 of over £145m.

Finishes and Interiors Sector Contractors Awards
Robert has also been invited to be the 2023 guest judge to determine the overall Project of the Year across all categories in the UK’s Finishes and Interiors Sector (FIS) Contractor Awards, a role he previously undertook in 2022.
The FIS Awards programme aims to promote and encourage high levels of craftsmanship in the finishes and interiors sector. FIS is the not-for-profit representative body for the £10 billion finishes and interiors sector in the UK. The organisation exists to support its members, improve safety, minimise risk, enhance productivity and drive innovation in the sector.
