ASG acquires Torpedo Factory Group

Aukett Swanke Group Plc (“ASG”) is pleased to announce that following a General Meeting on 20th March 2023 the shareholders voted overwhelmingly to approve the acquisition of Torpedo Factory Group Limited (“TFG”) with completion occurring later the same day.

Clive Carver, Aukett Swanke Group Plc Chairman, commented:
