Appointment of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer

Aukett Swanke Group plc is pleased to announce two senior appointments: Freddie Jenner FCCA becomes Chief Operating Officer, and Jason Brameld becomes the Chief Technical Officer.

Freddie joined the finance team at what is now Torpedo Factory Ltd in 2007, becoming Finance Director of the parent company Torpedo Factory Group Limited when he qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2012.

Jason joined TFG as its Technical Director in 2015 following a distinguished career in AV consultancy, most recently as Principal Consultant at PTS Consulting Group.

Both become PDMRs (Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility) at ASG, with Freddie joining the Group’s board.

They were instrumental in driving growth in value of TFG through acquisitions and upgrading systems and processes, culminating in the acquisition of TFG by the Group in March 2023
