Aukett Swanke Group Plc is pleased to announce the acquisition of Anders+Kern, an innovative distributor of smart workplace systems.

Anders+Kern has consistently provided cutting-edge hardware, software, and installation services to enhance room and desk booking systems, as well as IoT sensors for monitoring environmental and occupancy data.
Under the leadership of Barrie Meehan, Managing Director, and Alison Taylor, Operations Director, the business will continue its operations as a key part of the Group.
Anders+Kern UK Ltd is a leading distributor of Workspace & Audio-Visual technologies. Founded in 1989, the company provides hardware software and services through a network of channel partners and resellers.
With access to some of the world’s leading workspace and AV brands including Evoko, Smart Media Solutions, Space Connect, IAdea, Qbic and XY Sense, A+K is more than a traditional distributor. Unlike other distributors, A+K can provide full end-to-end solutions, including technical design, planning, implementation, installation and ongoing support.
