Pre-close Statement

Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc (“the Company”), the international group of architects and designers, today provides an update prior to entering into the close period for the Company’s results for the year ended 30 September 2007.

In its interim results on 8 June 2007 the Company said that it expected to maintain progress made to date and exceed market expectations for the full year, and forecasts were subsequently upgraded. We are pleased to announce that trading has remained strong and accordingly the Company expects to report results for the year in line with those upgraded forecasts.
