Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Annual Report and Accounts

Aukett Swanke announces that the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM were posted yesterday to shareholders and will shortly be available at the investor section of the Company’s website at www.aukettswankeplc.com for the purposes of AIM rule 26.

The AGM will be held at the Company’s registered office, 10 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4PE on Monday 29 March 2021 at 10:00am.
