The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a director of the Company, that earlier today he purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.25 pence per share.

After this purchase Nicholas Thompson holds 16,602,411 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
