Aukett Swanke Group Plc (“the Company”) was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a Director of the Company, that he has sold from his SSIP 766,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 1.3 pence and at the same time his wife, Julia Thompson, has purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares in the Company into her Share ISA at 1.3 pence.

As a result, Nicholas Thompson’s interest remains unchanged at 16,802,411 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 10.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
