The Company was notified today by David Hughes, a Director of the Company, that on Tuesday 28 July 2015 he purchased, in his SIPP, a further 446 ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 7.39 pence per share.

Following this purchase, David Hughes is interested in 3,059,379 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
